Ms. Phillips has been leading teams of professionals in providing business and technology solutions to many of the Global 2000 firms in various industries across Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United States. These firms include AIG, Cleary-Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton (International Law Firm), Deutsche Bank, Mercer Consulting Group (Consulting) Noble Group (Commodities Trading), Pfizer (Pharmaceutical), Tesco (Retail) and Winbond (Manufacturing).

Originating from New York, Ms. Phillips’ deep understanding of the nuances across cultures is reflected in her business development successes across the world over the past 15 years. Throughout this time, Ms. Phillips has been active on the speaking circuit, as a thought leader in information management and archiving, while actively engaging with customers, prospects, analysts, regulators and thought leaders across Asia on the topic of compliance, governance and the role of technology in support of good governance.

Her business leadership, together with in depth engagement of senior executives in various industries around the world, provides a very clear understanding of the business issues and associated technological challenges and opportunities today, at each of the local, regional and global levels.

Rowland Watkins, PhD
Architectural Strategist

Dr Watkins is an accomplished SOA Architect, specializing in Security and B2B service provisioning across multiple domains, working with partners and clients across Europe and China. Customers and partners include Darkworks (Game Development Studio), BMT Cordah Ltd (Search and Rescue Training), QinetiQ (Semantic Security), BAE Systems (CFD Workflow), European Space Agency (Distributed Concurrent Engineering), Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft SCAI (Workflow and Analysis Technologies), AVIC-II (CFD Workflow), and Beihang University (SOA Middleware).

Prior to moving to Hong Kong, Rowland worked at the IT Innovation Centre in Southampton as an Architect and Technical Project Manager, leading contributions to several high profile projects including next generation Online Gaming and e-Training and trans-national workflows between Europe and China. He has extensive experience in cutting edge technologies such as Semantic Web, Grid Computing, Web Services, and Federated Security, and their application in business environments.   Dr. Watkins graduated from the Royal College of Military Science at Cranfield University with a BEng in Command and Control, Communications and Information Systems, followed by a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Southampton.
